University Student Accommodation in Canterbury

We specialise in larger student houses

There is a great deal of student accommodation in Canterbury for groups of 4 and 5, however, we specialise in providing university accommodation for groups of 6 students where accommodation for 6 is much harder to find. Almost all of our student accommodation is situated within easy walking distance of the Universities and we aim to provide the highest of standards, provision and service for our student tenants. We normally find all our houses are let within the first week and a half of viewings in January.

Our qualifications

We are fully licensed Landlords and have passed the governments new standards for licensed properties. We are members of the National Landlords Association and also graduates ourselves.

Many years of experience as student landlords

We bought our first student accommodation in 1998 when our daughter started Uni. We enjoy contact with students and all three of our children have been to University - giving us experience of other student landlords as well as the dreaded letting agents!! We were students ourselves for seven years and spent the first two years of our married life in a rented one room bed-sit, so we can relate to some of your experiences.

Rapid Response when you need us

We aim to respond within 24 hours to any problems that you may have, but often it is quicker. You can reach us by 'phone at our home, mobile or by e-mail. We live ten minutes drive away from our student lettings in Canterbury, so can be with you quickly in any emergency. If we are away, we will always leave a list of contacts to call in an emergency who are trusted and reliable.

We believe in your right to a hassle free tenancy

We only call on you if you highlight a problem. We inspect all our university accommodation three times a year and ask you to keep it clean and tidy particularly when we show new tenants around in January and at the end of the tenancy in June.
